Sajiah Westfall (formerly Chmaitelli) started recruiting in 1996 after she joked she was “recruited by a recruiter to be a recruiter!” She has never looked back. In 2003 she was intrigued by the happiness in the voice of a former colleague and met with the Partners of innovative and growing culture, HireSynergy. She will forever be grateful for her time working for the founding partners. She has taken that philosophy of treating each relationship as an individual with her through her beliefs today. She believes Recruiters have the gift of changing lives, moving career trajectories, and the responsibilities of keeping employment ethics alive. We place candidates who become clients. We owe that process a tremendous amount of respect.

Sajiah’s Specialties are AUDIT financial, IT and operational, SEC/Technical Accounting, SOX, Accounting, Finance, Risk, and Tax. She was a $1 million producer at a previous search firm and was consistently one of the top billers in the country at Sykes International; then was promoted to a lucrative team and traveled extensively, managing the entire client process through the full life cycle of the engagement. This typically included the hiring process as a whole, from interviewing, hiring decisions and overall management of the team. In 2008, HireSynergy was acquired, and she remained with that firm through October of 2021, where she made President’s Club and Echelon Club all except one year. (No one is perfect!) That October, Sajiah was gifted with the freedom to change her career trajectory. After tremendous encouragement from their clients, Sajiah and her co-founding partner came together to start a firm named after one of those long-time clients.
